Module 2: Facilitating, Implementing, and Evaluating Effective Learning OutcomesParticipants must complete Module 1: Assessing, Introducing, and Developing Strategies for Professional Development prior to completing this module.The StFX Centre for Online Learning & Professional Studies is pleased to offer this six-week, non-credit course in Facilitating, Implementing, and Evaluating Effective Learning Outcomes. This course offers practical strategies for improving skills in facilitating, implementing, and evaluating effective learning outcomes.Participants will be guided synchronously through weekly topics such as facilitating learning, lifelong learning principles, implementing theories of practice and learning, understanding change management strategies, and evaluating learning principles. Topics will be reinforced through interactive activities, group engagement and instructor feedback.Synchronous Class Dates: Februrary 26 - April 2 Participants must complete Module 1: Assessing, Introducing, and Developing Strategies for Professional Development prior to completing this module.Participants will earn a Certificate in Professional Development & Facilitation when they have completed both Module 1: Assessing, Introducing, and Developing Strategies for Professional Development and Module 2: Facilitating, Implementing, and Evaluating Effective Learning Outcomes.

Week 5: Evaluating Learning Principles
Week 6: Presentations & Final Remarks
Participants must complete Module 1: Assessing, Introducing, and Developing Strategies for Professional Development prior to completing this module.
Throughout the course, participants engage in learning activities that are:
• asynchronous (i.e., happening independently on participants’ own schedules) via the Moodle platform to prepare to engage in active learning during the synchronous sessions. Moodle is the main platform for the course and contains all the course materials and learning resources. It will also be the location where assignments are submitted.
• synchronous (i.e., happening in real-time) via Collaborate (see dates above).
