(Spring CRN 14534) In this course, students will learn the basics of animation. Projects include simple 2D animation and stop-motion. There is a self-directed final project in which students will expand on acquired technical and theoretical knowledge of animation fundamentals. Animation comes in many styles, so a high level of drawing skill is not a requirement for this course. A laptop and digital camera are necessary. Open-access free animation software will be used. Three credits.

Step 2: Follow the prompts after you complete the above step. When you get to the step that asks for your “Planned Course of Study”, select “Non-Degree” in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Fill out a Letter of Permission (LOP) form from your Home Institution (contact your university's Registrar's Office)
Step 4: Ensure the desired course works for your degree. Consult with your Department Chair/Dean/Registrar to ensure that the credits will count toward your degree or graduation and have them sign off on your LOP.
Step 5: Send the forms to the proper Registrars:
